Legacy Mobile Detailing provides mobile automotive detailing services at the customer’s designated location. By scheduling or receiving services from Legacy Mobile Detailing, you "The Client" agree to the following terms and conditions:

Service Limitations:
Legacy Mobile Detailing makes every effort to provide high-quality detailing services. However, due to the condition, age, or prior damage of the vehicle, results may vary. We do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odors, scratches, or defects. -
Vehicle Condition:
The client is responsible for informing us of any pre-existing damage or concerns. We are not liable for any damage resulting from structural defects, loose trim, rust, deteriorated clear coat, or aftermarket modifications. -
Weather Conditions & Scheduling:
Services may be rescheduled or delayed due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify and accommodate rescheduling. -
Access and Permissions:
The client agrees to provide safe access to the vehicle, including sufficient space, lighting, and water/electrical hookups if necessary. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if safety or accessibility standards are not met. -
Liability Disclaimer:
While we take great care in every aspect of our work, Legacy Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage to personal property left in the vehicle or loss of use of the vehicle during or after services. -
Payment Terms:
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. -

We may update this disclaimer at any time. It is the client's responsibility to review this document periodically for any changes.
